- Our apps, website, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of our apps, website, or services.
- Our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for our services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reachpas ITS, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our apps, website, or services.

- Upon termination, your right to use our apps, website, or services shall cease immediately.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association recommended by Nigeria's ITC regulatory agency, as amended from time to time.
